Counseling

As a clinical psychologist (M.Sc.), somatic practitioner, sex counselor and systemic psychotherapist in training, I support clients with a range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, depressive phases, relationship and intimacy issues, body image, and questions related to self-worth, self-confidence, and motivation.

My 1on1 work is grounded in two main pillars: a somatic approach and a systemic perspective.

By somatic approach, I mean that I work body-oriented: we do not only talk about problems, but also actively involve the autonomous nervous system. Through methods that support nervous system regulation, foster somatic (physiologically felt) safety, and strengthen body awareness, I help you develop greater inner stability, balance, and a deeper connection with yourself - creating a foundation for your health to unfold.

By systemic perspective, I mean —among other things— that I see your symptoms in the context of your relationships and the wider systems you are part of. It also means that I take a non-pathologizing view of you and your experiences, understanding your symptoms as intelligent —though very costly— ways of coping with underlying challenges. Together, we can explore new, more sustainable ways of responding to these challenges, with the aim of strengthening your sense of self-efficacy and empowerment.

In my work, it is especially important to me to create a safe, open, and non-shaming space where everything is welcome —thoughts, emotions, and sensations— without fear of judgment, so that all of you, including your pain and wounds, can feel truly seen and be felt with unconditional care and compassion.

Taking the first step toward change requires courage. I will accompany you with care and at your own pace—on your path toward greater inner balance, connection, clarity, and joy in life.

If this resonates with you, I’d be happy to hear from you to arrange a session – in person or online, whichever suits you best.

Somatic Approach

A body-oriented approach that engages the nervous system, fostering inner stability, balance, and a deeper connection with oneself.

Systemic Perspective

Symptoms are viewed in the context of relationships and wider systems, and regarded as originally highly intelligent - but "expensive" - coping strategies that can be replaced by more sustainable ones.

Unshaming Safe Space

A supportive, open environment where all thoughts, emotions, and sensations are welcome—without judgment—allowing every part of oneself to be seen and felt.

Empowerment

Focus on strengthening self-efficacy, resilience, and personal resources, supporting growth toward clarity, balance, connection, and life satisfaction.

How much does it cost?

One session (50 minutes) costs 70€. This price is a time-limited offer. However, if this is not affordable, flexible arrangements can be discussed to ensure access to support.

Where does it take place?

The sessions can take place either in presence in Hamburg-Altona (Erdmannstraße 10) or  online via zoom - your choice.

Are the offering for women only?

Absolutely not! My offerings are for every body and every gender.
